Welcome to Civics & Economics!
In Civics & Economics we will start the year off by exploring the foundations of our democratic government, discovering the ideals of our founding fathers, and studying the duties and responsibilities of U.S. citizenship, elections, and the political process. Then we will study the documents and principles upon which our U.S. Constitution was constructed, and explore the different branches of government. We will end the year with a study of the principles of capitalism and how our economic system works.
